Amicitia is Latin for "friendship".

True love is without conditions or limits, it is a joy without measure. Love is not just the state of ‘being in love' it is also the special feelings that we have for our family and friends. Friends are a very important part of my life. There are many works of prose and poetry that speak of the wonderful gift of friendship. This is my dedication to all of my friends, wherever I, or you, may be in the world, you are always in my heart.

Friendships start in many ways. Some of us met as strangers, prearranged by fate, or was it luck? Some of us grew up together from mere toddlers, or we first met in school. Some I have only known for a short time, but the depth of friendship does not depend on the length of the acquaintance. Then there are those that I have never even shared physical space with, but we have shared so much else via our computer screens.

No matter how we met, every one of you has enriched my life simply by your presence in it. Sometimes we get so busy in life that we forget to stop and say how much we care and appreciate our friends. So, to all my friends, I want you to know that I never forget what you mean to me .Friendship is a treasured and wonderful bond that lasts through all time and I am proud to call you my friend, each and every special one of you.
